On offer is an interesting, original manuscript relic of mid 19th Century shipping and commerce handwritten by the renowned C B Pendleton noted in dispatches for his gallant help and aide to survivors of the shipping disaster at high seas on the cholera stricken 'San Francisco' while Pendleton was captain of the Lucy Thompson in 1857.
