On offer is an interesting and original book of historical significance being an inscribed copy of Blackstone's Commentaries Volume Two, Part Two, having further manuscript notes handwritten by two noted Loyalists. This copy belonged to Loyalist William Wylly as evidenced by his bookplate. He was the first King's Council in New Brunswick, later living in the Bahamas, appointed solicitor-general and surrogate of the court of vice-admiralty.
